This year we will be using a Conclave mobile app for event information. The app will be available a few days from Conclave. Simply search G17S Conclave 2025 on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
Printed information will be available for individuals without a phone

Walnut Shells have been used in the material of the road into the site. Contact conclave@g17s.oa-scouting.org if you have any concerns about allergies.
- Packing List:
Linked here is a packing list. The 2 most important things you need to bring are PRINTED medical forms A/B and PRINTED shooting sports forms. (The form says you need 4 copies, but you only need to bring 2, one for yourself, and one for the program.)

- Sign up for training sessions
In the morning you will take part in informative training and interest groups. Please log back into NOAERS (the place you registered for Conclave) and register for training.
Steps to sign up for Conclave training:
- Log in to NOAERS (https://registration.oa-scouting.org/)
- Click on “My Attendees for this Event”
- From the Attendee menu, select “Activities”
- Click on the Training Activities “add new” button (in blue)
- Click on the Neptune’s Training Grounds “select” button (in blue)
- Select the trainings you are interested in!
IMPORTANT
One of the trainings at Conclave is Fishing Free Cast, where participants will have the opportunity to fish in the river. However, anyone 16 years or older is required to possess a valid fishing license. Without it, they will not be allowed to fish–no exceptions.
Here are the steps on how to obtain a fishing license in case anyone needs it.

- Registration + Friday Night Details
Please bring PRINTED med forms and shooting sports forms. You need printed/hard copy med forms to enter camp, and you will need printed shooting sports forms to take part in the activities. (See above.)
Registration will open at 5 PM on Friday and will close at 8 PM. If you are a Day Pass participant, registration will open on Saturday morning at 8 AM.
Please note that dinner is not provided on Friday night, but there will be a themed Cracker Barrel.

It is shaping up to be a warm weekend in Modesto. Be sure to bring sunscreen and long layers as we will be outside for most of the day

If you would like to dress up you are free to do so, just keep it scout appropriate
- Pre-Ordered T-Shirts
If you purchased at registration a t-shirt you can pick it up at registration. We do not have any extras
- Auction Items
If you are planning on bringing items for the auction please turn them into Craig Leighty from 6:30 – 8:00 PM in the main hall. Anyone who donates over $100 worth of items will get a special donor patch.
- Candidacy Letters
If you are planning on running for Section Office you must submit your candidacy letters to Section Adviser Brian Osterhout (brian@alwaysaneagle.org) by the start of the election (6:30 PM on Saturday, April 20).

- Brotherhood Sashes
Lodge Leaders: Please remember to bring brotherhood sashes for anyone planning on doing Brotherhood.
